We will send you a confirmation of your order via e-mail within 48 hours. You will also receive a proof of your artwork. Once approved and a 50% deposit has been made, your order will be ready within 1 week or less.
Personalizestuff.com's products cannot be returned unless there is an error on our part. You will receive an e-mail proof 48-72 hours after receipt of your order. Prior to printing, you must sign the final approval proof stating that all information on your order is correct. Once signed, you are obligated to pay for the full order.
All our designs are printed on extra white matte or glossy (depending on the product) paper which provides a high quality and appearance. All labels and wrappers have a gloss finish. We use this paper because of it's excellent quality and because it allows us to keep out costs down to a minimum.
Yes certainly, we can add photos to any of your designs, customized or standard. If you have a photo already scanned, e-mail it to us in a JPEG format. If not, then send us the original photo via regular mail. There is a $150 charge to add a photo to your wrapper or label.
Wine and champagne bottles can be purchased from us as we deal directly with the wholesalers. If you are looking for a specific year, make, or region, we can source it for you with a minimum quantity order.
